These terms and conditions were last updated on 30th July 2007.
Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We" or "Our" means Lou's Personalised Gifts. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). Both price and availability information is subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items displayed on our site may be mispriced.
Payment methods
All orders must be paid for either by Paypal (It's free to sign up for an account, and it is free to use to purchase items) or we do accept payment by cheque or postal order. Items will be despatched upon clearance of payment. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.
Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased, the delivery timescale will be approximately 2-3 (longer if a specific design is required). We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. The delivery costs to UK addresses are included in the amount you pay. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.
Cooling off period and cancellation / Returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased, please contact us so we may endeavour to rectify the situation.
We will accept return of goods made to the customer"s personal specifications, where there ihas been an error on our part.
Trademarks and copyright
All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is protected by Copyright. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited. Any framing of this website is prohibited.
Notification of Changes
If we change our Terms and conditions, Privacy policy or Security policy, we will post notification of these changes on our Homepage so you are aware of them. Should we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we would notify you by e-mail and request your agreement to the changes. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
Legals
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
