How to download your *FREE* Chart

To download your *FREE* Reward or Potty Chart from The Reward Chart: Parenting Skills, you must follow these steps:

First, register an account with us. Do not worry, we will never sell or pass on your personal details or email address to anyone else.
Next you can choose whichever design you wish from our selection of *FREE* Charts (all of our FREE designs are black & white and un-personalised to allow your child to colour it and personalise it themselves).
To get to the download page, you must add the chart to your shopping basket. You will see that there are no charges made.
Click the Checkout button, this will take you to a payment confirmation page. To get the item immediately you MUST select `FREE VIRTUAL DELIVERY`. If you select something else, you will not be able to get your *FREE* chart
At the end of the Checkout procedure you will see a Checkout Success page, your download link will be below the thankyou message.
You can also access your download link by logging in to your account, clicking on Account History and going in to the FREE item purchased. There will also be a direct link in there.
Download links are valid for 2 Days from the date of order, and can be used a maximum of 5 times during this period.

Please remember that we are providing these chart FREE OF CHARGE, and that they are supposed to be used once. If you like them, please consider purchasing one of our Personalised Charts or Door Plaques. The charts that we sell (for £3.49 - incl. free postage to the UK) are reusable and personalised. They represent excellent value for money.
